With 8 private sessions Mindfulness course you will learn and experience the basic elements of this course, including specific meditation. It will improve your concentration, attention and awareness for the important things in your life. It helps to reduce your stress and worrying, anxiety or mood swings.
The training contains practical exercises and meditations that offers you the tools for agency and choice.
When life is tough, stressful or traumatic there are still possibilities to take care of yourself. With my background in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness I can adjust and enrich the basic Mindfulness course and meditations with person-oriented stress-reduction and stress-prevention tools. To reduce stress is just one thing that is important to develop your skills in resilience and turning yourself towards more fulling things in your life.
